While we can try to facilitate early check-in or late check-out arrangements on your behalf, it’s essential to understand that these requests are subject to the hotel’s policies, seasonal demand, and room availability, making it impossible to guarantee them in advance.
Unless explicitly noted in the itinerary, the quoted vehicle cost, which includes the driver, is limited to the designated transfer and sightseeing periods. Any usage of the vehicle outside of these specified times will result in additional fees.
Before embarking on a journey to India from overseas, with the exception of Nepal and Bhutan, ensure you possess a passport that remains valid for a minimum of six months, supplemented by a legitimate Visa. Additionally, be aware that the expenses incurred in acquiring and processing these necessary documents are not included in the overall tour cost.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey for all our holidaymakers, we take every precaution. However, unexpected problems can still occur. Should an issue arise, please inform your tour manager immediately, and they will do their best to resolve it on the spot. If the problem persists, please submit a written complaint to our office within 28 days of the tour’s completion. It is essential to do so, as failure to comply may hinder the investigation and outcome of your complaint. Additionally, in the event of a dispute between clients and Ma Tour & Travel, Indian law will have jurisdiction over the matter.

3.2. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings.

However, itineraries are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or operational reasons.
